1. apply for an account
2. go to "manage" to set up your parameters such as traditional or simplified, pinyin or no pinyin, sound or no sound, fast or slow, etc.
3. go to "add" to add lessons: go to the end of the page "Find a list of your textbook", find "Integrated Chinese", and select the lessons you want to add
4. go to "cram" to practice. you may practice recognition, speaking, and writing (pinyin with tones only)
After you've practiced, the site will let you know your level and how soon you need to study these vocabulary again
